Products are shipped from Australia. Delivery in Australia can take between 3-7 days. International orders can take up to 14 days. Tracking information is provided with each order. Please note that all international import duties, taxes and charges are excluded from the delivery costs. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

Refund policy

I really want you to be happy with the products, however if for any reason this is not the case you can return the unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt, (If possible please include a note with the reason for your return). To get a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. For hygiene and safety reasons refunds will not be issued for opened or used items. A refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days of your package's arrival back to Happy Mama Organics. An e mail will be sent to you to let you know when it’s been completed. The cost to send the items back to Happy Mama Organics will be at your own expense and non-refundable.
