Shipping In order to provide the best possible experience for our customers, we use a streamlined approach to shipping, and engage a combination of Australia Post and a variety of courier services to keep costs manageable and to leverage the relative strengths of the carriers. Australia wide & New Zealand: National delivery is free for orders over $120. For orders under $120, our delivery charges within Australia and for all New Zealand orders are: Parcel Charge (inc GST) <5kg Australia wide $10.00 Express Post Australia wide $20.00 New Zealand $25.00 Please note that free shipping does not apply for express delivery We know just how much our customers look forward to receiving their orders, so we aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of your request. Australia wide, a good estimate of our delivery times from despatch at our warehouse are; Sydney 1-2 days East Coast 3-4 days WA, NT, FNQ 5-7 days Internationally; For our international orders, we partner with DHL’s extensive worldwide network to provide the fastest and most reliable service. This is determined with DHL’s competitive shipping calculator and is easily reflected when your order is updated at the checkout. While both shipping cost and delivery time is determined by parcel weight and destination, DHL’s extensive network ensures that most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from pickup at the warehouse. Some remote areas will exceed this time estimate. In the event that you are not present to receive your shipment, you will receive a calling card from the carrier to acknowledge they have attempted delivery, and advising where you may collect your parcel (Australia Post) or providing contact details to arrange redelivery (couriers). We encourage our customers to use the tracking information available to ensure someone is present to receive your order as repeated delivery attempts may attract a subsequent charge by the carrier. You may request the parcel be left at the delivery address in your absence. Please be aware that with this authorisation, the responsibility of the parcel is transferred to you from delivery. Whollygrail does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels requested to be left unattended. You can request a signature on delivery feature for $2.95, by including this option at checkout. This requires the carrier to obtain a signature from the delivery address and ensures the parcel is handed to that person. Should you require insurance on your order, please contact us for a quote. Packaging and Handling Maintaining the integrity of your order during transit and through to delivery is our priority. We use a combination of recycled materials and sustainable, recyclable and compostable packaging from sustainable sources. We select the packaging that best fits your order – because that makes sense, right? It could be our FSC certified, recycled cardboard liners and boxes, our compost-a-pak bags or perhaps reusing materials that come into our warehouse. We will reuse cardboard and packaging materials, including insulating materials that have been sent to us, to protect your order and ensure it arrives in its original, pre packaged condition. If reusing packaging materials is unavailable, we’ll use a recyclable or compostable alternative, in keeping with our commitment to tread lightly on our earth.
Refunds and Returns It matters to us that our customers are satisfied with their purchases from our Store. In the event there is any damage in transit with your order, we need to determine the circumstances of the damage to adjust our systems and procedures to minimise risk of damage for subsequent deliveries. We request that you take photos of the parcel and the products, taking care to ensure the damage is evident on your photos and send to us, along with your best contact information and order details to hello@whollygrail.com, within 24 hours of delivery receipt. We will aim to process your submission within 48 hours, and will be back in touch to resolve using your nominated contact information. In the event that your order needs to be returned to us, we can only accept returns that have a Returns Authorisation number. If you have received your order and would like to exchange for a different size or colour, please contact us to confirm we have your preferred exchange in stock. We can then set this aside for you. Please check the order is in unused and packaged condition with all tags intact before arranging postage, to better ensure we can accept your return. We’ll wait to receive the original order back to our warehouse, where it will be inspected for suitability of return and then mail the new order out to you.
