Our cotton is grown with 70% less irrigated water than conventional cotton farming and without any chemicals, pesticides and is GMO free. This is continued throughout the process of manufacture – only using non azo dyes and without any toxic chemicals, processing aids or sprays. This creates a much healthier environment for the farmers, the workers and for our families to be breathing at home, as well as lessening the load of chemicals being exposed to our waterways, air and soil. We encourage our customers to use the tracking information available to ensure someone is present to receive your order as repeated delivery attempts may attract a subsequent charge by the carrier. You may request the parcel be left at the delivery address in your absence. Please be aware that with this authorisation, the responsibility of the parcel is transferred to you from delivery. Whollygrail does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels requested to be left unattended. You can request a signature on delivery feature for $2.95, by including this option at checkout. This requires the carrier to obtain a signature from the delivery address and ensures the parcel is handed to that person. Should you require insurance on your order, please contact us for a quote. Packaging and Handling Maintaining the integrity of your order during transit and through to delivery is our priority. We use a combination of recycled materials and sustainable, recyclable and compostable packaging from sustainable sources. We select the packaging that best fits your order – because that makes sense, right? It could be our FSC certified, recycled cardboard liners and boxes, our compost-a-pak bags or perhaps reusing materials that come into our warehouse. We will reuse cardboard and packaging materials, including insulating materials that have been sent to us, to protect your order and ensure it arrives in its original, pre packaged condition. If reusing packaging materials is unavailable, we’ll use a recyclable or compostable alternative, in keeping with our commitment to tread lightly on our earth.

Refund policy

Refunds and Returns It matters to us that our customers are satisfied with their purchases from our Store. In the event there is any damage in transit with your order, we need to determine the circumstances of the damage to adjust our systems and procedures to minimise risk of damage for subsequent deliveries. We request that you take photos of the parcel and the products, taking care to ensure the damage is evident on your photos and send to us, along with your best contact information and order details to hello@whollygrail.com, within 24 hours of delivery receipt. We will aim to process your submission within 48 hours, and will be back in touch to resolve using your nominated contact information. In the event that your order needs to be returned to us, we can only accept returns that have a Returns Authorisation number. If you have received your order and would like to exchange for a different size or colour, please contact us to confirm we have your preferred exchange in stock. We can then set this aside for you. Please check the order is in unused and packaged condition with all tags intact before arranging postage, to better ensure we can accept your return. We’ll wait to receive the original order back to our warehouse, where it will be inspected for suitability of return and then mail the new order out to you.
