Our vendors need to complete a form covering our Better Products Promise principles. This includes detailing all the ingredients and these are checked against our No Nasties List, as well as by our consultant (Caterina Elena @ Organic Beauty Warrior

My parcel did not arrive, what do I do?
Check your vendors shipping policy (found under the ‘shipping’ tab in the product section) to see the timeframes indicated there and what to do. If they do not state otherwise, contact them vendor directly. Have the order reference number and tracking information, if you have been sent it. If the vendor does not reply to you within 14 days, email hello@ecomamasmarket.com with your information
